最近看到的这个新闻,觉得太残忍了些,下面的是摘录… 广东人吃猫因猫肉被认为有祛湿、壮阳、滋阴之功效。“资深猫厨”透露,为了保证猫肉的鲜美,经营猫肉的食肆大多采取“活煮猫”、“闷棍打”等方式对活猫进行宰杀,“越折磨,味道越好。”餐馆里明码标价写着:猫肉10元/斤、猫脑30元/斤、猫肠50元/斤…… "猫店"厨师从脱毛机中拎住白条猫。 为体现"实惠"去毛后的家猫被勾住颈部当众过秤。 尚未断气的家猫被放入沸水中翻煮。 厨师为"白条猫"去除内脏。
